Scheduling

OMSA of Western Michigan is open Monday - Friday from 8 am until 5 pm for scheduling appointments. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that OMSA of Western Michigan provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure that may lead to unexpected delays in our schedule. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience. If we are running behind, we will keep you updated as to when you can expect to be seen. If the wait is unacceptable, please inform our staff to facilitate alternative arrangements.
