Lonny E. Zietz, DDS, MS
Dr. Lonny E. Zietz is one of the founding members of OMSA of WM, PLC. He obtained a BS degree from the University of Michigan in 1965 and continued on to graduate from the U of M Dental School in 1969. After a dental internship in Gainesville, Florida, he returned to Ann Arbor where he completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency and received a MS degree from the U of M.
Dr. Zietz became board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1975. He is past president of the Kent County Dental Society, the Michigan Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Chalmers J. Lyons Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Zietz has also served on numerous committees of the West Michigan District Dental Society, the Michigan Dental Association and the American Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, and currently is on the board of directors of the Delta Dental Plan of Michigan and the Delta Dental Foundation.
He and his wife, Sandy, have two children, one grandchild and live in Ada. His outside interests include fishing, bow hunting, skiing and other family activities.
